Empowering wellness through thoughtful, engaging design

Establishing a transformed approach to finding problems and solving them.

Project Summary

This Wellness Program was developed to address low engagement and declining employee health metrics by creating a centralized, user-centered wellness platform. As Experience Design Lead, I guided a cross-functional team through user research, strategy, and iterative design to deliver processes for personalized wellness plans, activity tracking, and gamified challenges that met the real needs of employees. By streamlining access to resources and fostering a culture of participation through social and motivational features, the platform led to a 60% increase in engagement and noticeable improvements in health outcomes within three months—demonstrating the impact of UX leadership on organizational well-being and UX culture transformation.
